Almost a month out.

Well I am almost a month out.  I have lost 32lbs total.  I feel great physically; exercising on the elliptical about 25min then doing free weights on arms.  Now I need to start and include some tummy exercises and leg strengthening (short season is right around the corner)  I picture spring and wanting to actually wear walking shorts and seeing knees!!  I always wore capris to hide the knees.. which actually had cellulite?  Is that possible to have cellulite on knees?  

Emotionally it has been a daily challenge.  I have tons of behaviors that I didn't even realize.  Like wanting to try things from my boyfriends plate.  I catch myself almost reaching over to taste something then saying to myself "I can't eat that!"  I need to focus on my physical hunger vs. habits of placing things in my mouth.  Especially when I prepare my meals I catch myself wanting to lick the spoon etc. etc.
