2 Days away!

My surgery is 2 days away and I couldn't be more excited and nervous about it. It's an overwhelming feeling that is for sure. On one hand im scared to death that im going to go to sleep and not wake up. What i'd be leaving behind and how much I haven't experienced yet. I think it's there more because this is an elective surgery. I am only 26 years old and in reasonably good health! On the other, I know I'm making the right choice. I don't want to end up like these people in the series My 600 LBs life. I refuse it.

So some awesome news is that my starting weight was 283 and this morning I was 269. That is from the liver shrink diet! It's an awesome awesome awesome Feeling. I've decided to just do nothing but liquids these last two days (not actually reccomended by Surgeon) to help get my liver smaller. 

My family is coming to town tomorrow to support me for my surgery. It means a lot. At first I got a lot of slack for just looking at the option and now they are really supportive. I love my family.

Moving forward, this is a time in my life where I get to change it all. I cannot wait until this process ends because my life gets to restart again. A New, exciting, healthy ME!!!!
