I have not  been faithfully blogging and I am a little off plan. Thursday and Friday for some bullshite reasons  like, "i am too tired to walk tonight" and " It is too cold to go out and walk", I flaked out on walking. I kept pretty close to calorie and  protein goals. Except Friday night when I had walnuts and I was already past my calorie goals. Coffee with cream is going to be a problem for me. I need to quit. I just love it so so much. Maybe I can  move it from a daily beverage once or twice a day to a weekend treat on Saturday or Sunday. I would seriously rather eat the calories than drink them. Three hundred calories worth of coffee is a full meal. I jumped on the scale this morning and have only lost one pound. It is early to weigh in, but... I can see where I am going wrong. I think I need to strive harder to be closer to 800 rather than 900. Yesterdays intake Calories 890, protein 52, water 62 ounces, walking 40 minutes. Not going to beat myself up, just adjust and move forward.
