I dont understand

Today I went for a two mile walk. I have been kind of down since my last doctor visit 4 weeks ago. I have an appointment for tomorrow with him. I almost cancelled it. I really dont want him to tell me anything. I went to my dietician today and got myself weighed. Seems that I have lost 10 pounds in three weeks. Now normally I would be so excited about it but...her scale is so different from my band surgeons scale. I am sure that when I go there tomorrow it will only show a 5 pound loss and in 4 weeks he isnt going to be happy. But I know I need a fill...so...I guess Im gonna take it...I will go and take what ever crap he throws at me...but I sure hope that he gives me a fill...ohh well we shall see...Words of Wisdom
