Brenda Cacucci Bariatric Surgeon M.D.,F.A.C.S.

My surgeon was Brenda Cacucci.
I was very impressed with her from our initial meeting.
She seems to be very confident and that made me more confident too.She didn't come across as "Me smart Doctor-You Ignorant patient" like a lot or physicians do.She seemed to really want me to be informed and would have taken whatever time needed to answer my questions.
Her bedside manner was very caring, yet professional. Her Associate Dr. Gupta was the Doc who dismissed me. She was also very nice. She asked if I had any questions, and if I did have I felt she would have taken the time to answer them and not make me feel like a dummy for not knowing the answer.I would definately refer these two women to anyone looking for a qualifyed physician.

Dr. Cacucci was very understanding of all my needs and was able to answer all my questions. She gets 2 thumbs up from me!

Dr. Cacucci appeared very confident but not arrogant. She was very imformative and was ready and willing to answer all questions. The staff was on the ball! They were very kind and courtious. She addressed all aspects of surgery....she was very informative that this will change your life..that you have supplements to take FOREVER..the risks...and the exercise...she basically lead a 1- 1 1/2 hour class and then met individually with each person intrested. I felt very much at ease with her. I thought she was polite and I feel good that she will be my doctor. I would definately refer people to her!!!

I have only met with Dr. Cacucci once during my consult......and she is very nice and will answer any and all questions I had!!! My surgery will be at St. Vincents hospital in Carmel, In....and I have been dealing with Heather at their office and is the GREATEST....will help with whatever needs done!!!

The only problem I have come across from this office is getting paperwork quickly...but will have it all by the time I need it for surgery.

MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF DR. CACUCCI WAS A WARM GENTLE PERSON. SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. SHE DISCRIBE THE PROCEDURE VERY WELL AND SHE ALSO TALKED HIGHLY ABOUT THE AFTER CARE. AS FOR THE OFFICE STAFF I WAS CREATED VERY NICELY, VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE, THEY MADE THE PROCESS FEEL ALOT LESS STRESSFUL. OVERALL I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE GOTTEN SO FAR. FIVE STAR RATING!!!!

My first impressions of her were good. I had read many reviews of her on this website before I met with her. I feel very confident in my decision of choosing her as my surgeon. She was very informative about all aspects of this surgery. I haven't had to deal with her office staff too much yet, but so far I am impressed.

I was concerned because she seemed so young. Once she began speaking, and informing us, she proved to me that she knew from what she spoke and was very confident in her abaility, this is important to me.
Her Staff is wonderful, I haven't had much contact with most of them but Heather (surgical coordinator) is so wonderful, she is fantastic to work with and talk to and she does whatever it takes to help you. If she is any indication of the rest of Dr Cacucci's staff I will sing their praises as well! :-) I will let you all know more after my presurgical class July 10th, I will be spending five hours with Dr Cacucci's staff, so I am sure I will get to know them better!

I met with Dr. Cacucci on February 24th. She was super nice!! The consult appointment was very informative. Dr. Cacucci covered everything I could have think of, she described all the good and the bad of the gastric bypass. I took my husband with me also and he was also impressed. I feel that I have made a right choice with Dr. Cacucci.

I met with my surgeon on march 31. Ifeel very confident in her crudentials, my husband and I both were very interested in how many of these proceds she performs, her response was 130 a year. She was very to the point with after surgery care, I dont feel she held anything back. She makes sure that you understand that someone in her firm is on call 24 hours, so be sure to call right away with difficulties or worries! As far as her bedside manner, Icannot comment with experience just yet, but my intuition tells me she will be wonderful. She went over every risk factor with us and also gave us the percentages for these factors.

Dr Cacucci was great. She is very calm and confident. I felt totally at ease with her.
