Topic: Hump Day Accountability
Hello Ladies
How is everyone doing? I'm good! Me and the scale have not being getting along very well becasue of my horrible night time eating habits so I joined weigh****chers today. My doctor recommended it to help me get on track!
Anyway, come be accountable with me! If you don't want to share your entire meal, just share your dinner and give a healthy snack idea!
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack: Bananna & WW yogart
Lunch: Ham, cheese, lettuce, red onion, ff mayo, spicy in a LC wheat wrap & SF vanilla pudding
Snack: WW yogart
Dinner: Smart One's frozen dinner & Steamed broccoli
Snack: Protein shake
Not so good on water but I'm working on it!

Whoops!
Had a peach last night. I was soooooo hungry.. finally gave in about 830 and had 2 slices of deli beef meat with lite cream cheese wrapped over a pickle thingy... and some bbq chips
Not very many. But got on the scale today and was up .2 lbs. Not horrible but seriouly it's frustrating. Total calorie count minus the exercise was 826 calories. So not enough to gain on, not enough to even maintain a 138 lb body. I totally don't get it. Maybe it was eating that late, although that really doesn't make sense either. :sigh:

OK guys, today sucked big time......worked all night last night and didn't get up til 3:30 pm had a meeting at work at 4 and then finally ate around 6:30.....here is what I had:
B- nothing
S-nothing
L-2 slices pepperoni and sausage pizza
S-1/2 slice of pizza
I have had about 40 oz of water so far and about 16 oz diet coke.
we did go to the lake and walk for about an hour, and then visited hubby's uncle, other than that this was my sucky wasted day.....oh well there is always tomorrow right?

D~ 1/4 bbq'd chicken finger sub
All meds and water......Exercised at the gym for 1 hour.

I had a lick of ice cream today too. Not so good with the cake. It's still early, I'll probably eat some more strawberries or a peach.
Went to the Y and did cardio.

Yay for me!!! Now I can have a
to celebrate!!! Just kidding! I actually went out Sat and didn't drink any alcohol and still haven't had any carbonated drinks. Oh, and the first 5 lbs didn't count. I lost that the first day because I took my water pill that I didn't take for 4 days because of Rockfest.

Hey Kay!
I am back on track after my wild weekend and I am happy to say I lost what I gained!!
Here are my stats for yesterday...
B ~ 3 oz. roast chicken
S ~ Handful of dry-roasted edamame
L ~ 3 oz. roast chicken
S ~ Protein Vial, dry-roasted edamame
D ~ Scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of ultra-thin turkey bacon
Did pretty good with fluids, always take my vitamins, never exercise.
