Topic: Tuesday Accountability
Hello Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm pretty good. I slept in til 10, went to Wal-Mart for a few things then came home and got ready for work. It's slow right now so I'm posting a little early.
I hope everyone is having a good eating day. Come be accountable with me!
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Salad.. Ham, cheese, lot's of raw veggies with lite italian & SF Jello
Snack: Grapes & Yogart
Dinner: Grilled chicken strips, cheese, lettuce, red onion and ff ranch in a LC wheat wrap & Broccoli n cheese.
Snack: 100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels
Lot's of water.

157.6 last week
158.8 today.
I was down to 155 but all this exercise and low calories is just done made me gain weight! :eyeroll:

I know I am late but here I am nonetheless
B- coffee
S- banana
L- nothing
D- guisado...it is a mexican dish with beef and little shell pastas in a sauce of chiles, tomatoe, and garlic and spices.
S- cereal
not too much interesting.
I got in all my water and I still need to remember to take my vitamins. Trying to remember it all is the hard part when I get busy!! Been trying to get things done to leave Friday for Cali!!

Hello ladies! How is everyone doing today? I'm ok. Just a typical Monday. I'm back to be accountable. I am so proud of myself because I usually blow it on the weekends but I was pretty good.
