RNY April 28th here I come!!

I can hardly believe it.  I started all my testing in August and now it is less than 2 weeks away!!

I am doing the pre-op diet and believe it or not the protein is not too bad.  

I got the gold performance 100%whey from the Vitamin Shoppe in double rich chocolate.  I HIGHLY recommend it.

I also bought a hand blender that rocks!

I am so psyched!!

The 28th cannot come soon enough!!

i too have my surgery on april 28th , two day after my bday. i am sossooooo excited! its down to the wire now, trying to get everything in order befor the big day.

Lynn, I am also having RNY April 28th, Good LUCK. Keep in touch and we will see how all goes along the way. I bought the whey formula from GNC. Have not tasted it yet. Hope it is good.
