It's funny how we notice little things like being cold! When I was carrying that extra 100 lbs. I was always hot - now it seems I'm always freezing! Congrats on your 'wow' moment!

Isn't it amazing how cold a person can get? I'm cold ALL the time, even when others are sweating. That's terrific that you've noticed a cold butt being a side affect of getting skinny! Next thing you know, it'll be your armpits!

I nearly stuck to plan yesterday...about 1650 calories and NOT exercise. I would have done GREAT if it hadn't been for the chocolate I ate. The funny thing is, I didn't even WANT the chocolate, and it turned my stomach after I ate it. Of course, I ate it anyway.

D: NOW we'll have the pasta

Topic: "Wow" moment!!
I had another "wow" moment the other night. My husband, child, and I went shopping out of town. It was really cold outside and when I got out of the vehicle, I froze my butt off (literally)!!! My rear end has NEVER been cold. I guess because I had so much "cushion" back there. It really made me feel good. (not the cold part... ha!)

Hi all,
I thought I did pretty well yesterday - 2 protein drinks, a cheese omelet, a protein bar and about 10 fries. I also did an hour of tap dancing and guess what? I was up two pounds this morning to 176!!
What the HE77 is that?????? I'm trying not to get discouraged and hoping maybe it's just that I'm retaining water or am a bit constipated.
Anyway, I'm going to continue on today with the regular protein drinks for breakfast and lunch, turkey tenderloin and carrots for dinner, and a protein bar and WW cereal for snacks.
I'm really busy at work today, so just popping in!

Topic: MTL Tuesday
Okay...so I'm down 4 of the 7 lbs that I was up. I'm not sure how I could lose water weight while suffering from PMS...that doesn't make much sense. I'll take it, though! Now if only the evil AF would show up, I could get the next cycle rolling. I'm ready to move on...maybe have good news for Christmas. Or my wedding anniversary in January. Or Valentine's Day. The list goes on and on...
I stuck to my plan yesterday, with just a tweak here and there. I came in under 1300 calories, a MAJOR accomplishment! I also walked around the block for 15 minutes.
Today's plan:
B: english muffin, OJ
L: microwave meal
D: pasta
S: ??
Exercise: 15 walking

The weekend was one full of snacking. Luckily the scale was kind. Back on track today!!
B: Banana, didn't have time for anything else.
L. Ham and cheese roll ups
D: Baked Pork Chops
No snacks today, didn't bring any so that I think is better!
I'll exercise and lift weights for an hour tonight.

I had a pretty good weekend. Not only did I lose the 7 pounds that I previously talked about the other day, I dropped another pound or two. The scales look like 188. I have NEVER weighed that!! If I did weigh that, I was probably 10 years old or something. Here is my plan for today:
B: 2 Sausage, egg cheese muffins (1 carb)
L: Chicken Spinach Parmesan (3 carbs)
D: Broiled Soy Chicken and Moca-Foni & Cheese (Cauliflower & Cheese) (3 carbs)
S: Probably my Low Carb Cheesecake (2 carbs) and/or Protein Shake (3 carbs)
Excercise: Walked 50 minutes

Hi,
I'm in to give my report, can I say that the weekend sucked! I got on the scale and saw a two pound loss..181...so
. Well I get on the scale this morning and I am right back where I started 183. I know the culprit, me and my snacking. It's also Nature Time, so that may contribute too.
But I know I gotta get a handle on the grazing. This morning I was oh so good. No snacking, nothing, not even a thought about it. I got in a good workout too.
