Hi Pam - Keep on trying - it will happen when it's supposed to happen. Try not to stress to much because that doesn't help. I'm still keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
I was still 174 this morning - it's OK because I did snack on pretzels a bit yesterday. I'm back at work and I find it easier to stay on track, so I'm hoping for a decent day.
Here's the plan:
B: Protein drink
L: Protein drink
D: not sure - we're going to the diner after tap dancing tonight - I'll stick with a diet plate or meat of some sort.
S: Atkins caramel fudge bar; WW Flakes & Fiber
Exercise: an hour of tap at class plus some practice beforehand.

I'm pretty sure there's not going to be a baby in July. I have all of my PMS symptoms, including daily breakouts. So now I'm pretty much just waiting to start all over again. This time, though, I'm taking the clomid on days that will guarantee me more than one egg. While it totally sucks, I'm not devastated. Just keep trying, right? It will happen.
In the meantime, I REALLY need to focus on getting back down around 1200 calories. Yesterday I was at 1650 which isn't bad, but the calories creep up and up, and so do the numbers on the scale. 7 up now. I also need to get into a regular exercise routine. The only thing I have going for me is that I'm taking my vitamins every day.
Here's my plan:
B: english muffin
L: microwave meal
D: chicken pot pie
S: ?
Exercise: 15 (minimum) walking

Hi all,
Having a crummy day. Argued with my son and the worst part is that nothing was resolved before he stormed out...sigh....
I've been keeping myself really busy so I'm not snacking. I'll probably go out and rake leaves for an hour or so. I've been cleaning out closets and cabinets and I've gotten rid of so much stuff - the garbage man will earn his keep this week!
I was 174 again this morning - that's fine - down 6 lbs. this week. It's very motivating when the weight comes off quickly - once it slows down is when it's hard to stick with it!
Here's my plan for today:
B: Protein drink
L: Protein drink
D: Turkey tenderloin and carrots
S: Atkins caramel fudge bar, WW Flakes & Fiber
Trying to drink lots of water. I'll practice my tap and step dancing later and rake leaves for an hour for exercise.

Just dropping you a note to say hello!!! It has been awhile since I posted here, however, I do lurk and am glad to see that you fabulous ladies are still working on your lifestyle commitment changes. I applaud all your efforts and keep you in my prayers, as this is a day-to-day battle for each of us.
All is well with me I finally completed my graduate work. As a gift to myself, I had my first round of plastics a lower body lift and breast lift. Next round is scheduled in February a thigh plasty, possibly implants and an arm lift (depends how long the thigh plasty will take and how well I am doing). I am now back to fulltime exercising and have been able to maintain my weight loss.

Topic: Just checking in...
I said I'd be here this weekend, and I'm trying to stay true to my word.
It's a gorgeous day here in the northeast - nearly 70 degrees - so I took a nice long walk with the dog and raked for about 90 minutes. I was down another pound today to 174, and I'm feeling good about myself again.
My eating plan for today is about the same as yesterday - going to have chicken parm for dinner tonight! YUM!!!

What's shakin?
I was thinking that I'd be ok, if I went past that date, because I only have 12, so even if I drank one per day, I'd only have them until the 22nd.
The date on the can says best by November 16.
I'm going to shoot for 2 per day.
But I'm thinking that the worst that could happen is that the protein is not effective anymore?

Hi everyone,
Had a pretty good day yesterday. I walked for about 40 minutes and also did a bit of dancing. I ate a few more things then I had planned, but still stayed under 1000 calories and lost another pound, so I'm down from 180 to 175!
Ten more to go. We'll see how long this lasts - the weekend's coming up and that's where I run into trouble.
I was thinking yesterday that every time I go off my diet and eat like a crazy person, I wonder whether or not I'll be able to get back and I get so scared. I'm glad I'm back on board. I made a few attempts and couldn't do it, but finally got motivated enough when I saw the 180.

D: Diet Coke chicken, shrimp
S: WW Flakes & Fiber, Atkins carmel fudge protein bar

Teah - Just a thought about the protein drinks - do they actually go bad on the 16th or is it the last sale date? A lot of times it's the last sale date - after that the product is usually good for awhile.

I had a horrible eating day yesterday. Too many snacks. I did get a good workout in this morning.
Bad news about the protein drinks guys. They expire on the 16th. I'm glad I pulled them out. I'm going to try to do 2 drinks a day for the next week. I'll have one to replace breakfast and one later in the day if I want a snack. Before they go bad. I'm sure then that by the end of the week I should see some kind of movement in that scale.

Didn't stick to plan yesterday. Not even close. Well, breakfast was okay.
