Hi Pamela, Actually you are an inspiration to me! I remember we both struggled with the outcome of our surgery, thinking it would be a lot more because we were "heavyweights" and you have done AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never got below the 283 and had gained 20 + lbs. I am satisfied with my progress, and I appreciate your compliment. We will do it. I will NOT give up this time. Keep in touch, and be well Love, Lisa

I am still sick. I feel extremely run down, and it appears that I either have allergies that are affecting my lungs, or I have some really thick mucus that doesn't rattle around in there. If this lasts a couple of more days, I need to see the doctor. Being sick DOES have it's rewards, though! I lost 2 lbs this week. I haven't seen 215 on the scale since I was in high school. I hope this trend continues, only with me feeling better! I finished my round of clomid, and I have an ultrasound on Thursday to see how many follicles have developed. Hopefully about 3 or 4...more than that, and I would have to rethink this cycle. I can't handle triplets! By mid-October, we'll know if we're having a baby. Prayers, please! B: toast L: microwave meal D: chicken, broccoli casserole, green beans S: ? Exercise: maybe a short walk around the block Pamela 352/215/150

Yesterday went well, but I certainly had some "extra". I did do my walk and bowling, but my friend made homemade sweet and sour chicken and I must have had 5 pieces! It was sooo good. It's like the little chicken wings...I had them throughout the day. The scale this morning shows 281. I can accept that. Much better than the "EE" I was getting six weeks ago meaning I was too big to register on the scale!! I work 8-430 today. I will have a LC or WW meal for lunch, a bowl of cereal for breakfast and probably a BBQ ckn pizza from LC for supper. Either the walk or workout will happen too. If I go to my friends, she has weights, Ab machine, rower, etc. I like to lift the weights, even though it's only 20 lbs, because I want my "bye-bye" arms to actually leave, lol! How is everyone else doing?????? Love Lisa 380/281/200 or so

Hi Girls, Here's my plan: I already walked my walk (3.1miles), and mopped all the floors. But at 5am I was STARVING...lol...so I had 2 slimfast bars and a handful of Chex Mix....ouch. We are on our way to the apple orchard, so I don't know what lunch will bring, but for supper I will have the new BBQ chicken brick oven pizza from Lean Cuisine...YUM! I also started up my bowling league a couple weeks ago, so will do 3 strings tonight. Not so bad...Ive been really trying not to eat in between meals. Best wishes!!! Love, Lisa 380/279.5/200 or so

Hi Michelle, Don't you HATE it when the scale doesn't move and you've been an ? I also try faithfully to eat breakfast, or at least a little something, but sometimes I am in too much of a hurry. I know, NO excuse, lol. Best wishes for a successful weekend! Love, Lisa

Nancy, Thoughts and prayers. It is impossible to be strong at times like these...allow yourself to feel however the moment takes you and remember where you mother is going.....a far better place than we know. Hugs to all of your family Karen.
