Oh, I forgot to mention that I walked early this morning for 45 minutes and I plan on riding my excercise bike this evening for at least 30 min.

For breakfast I had 2 zero carb sausage links (they were zero carb, but loaded with fat and I don't feel too well after eating it). For lunch I plan on eating some leftover low carb enchilada casserole (delicious!), and for supper I plan on eating leftover skinless chicken breast (boiled in soy sauce). ...and for evening snack I plan on drinking my famous peanut butter protein milkshake (my husband loves it, so I have to make double for him!)

I am glad I have helped. I will try to post more often. I read the boards daily, but hardly ever post. I really thought I needed to post because a lot of us feel the same and we can really help each other. Nobody understands except all of us who are going through the same thing. I can't really talk to my friends or co-workers because they don't understand.

I had a perfect day yesterday. Here's a shock.. the scale moved 4 lbs!!!! Let's see if I can do it again today!! (Hope you feel better soon Pamela!)

Teeth still hurt. Well, one tooth anyway. I hope I don't have dry socket. Stomach is now bugging me, too...probably all the medicine. I didn't do too horribly yesterday until I went to bed. Then I woke up and finished off some pizza...I barely even remember doing it, but my mouth hurts now.

Topic: Plastic Surgery a possibility!!
HI all my July Support Babies!!
I just had to share my excitement and new found renewal of commitment. I have tons o' skin left from losing close to 200 pounds. I still have weight to lose of course and you all know I've been struggling, well I finally was able to get my hands on a plan book from our health provider and guess what? Reconstructive surgery to reform or reshape skin/excise or reduce skin is a covered benefit! Woohooo!!!!
I am currently in contact with a PS doc here in Cali. I am so excited. Gives me a whole new reason to stay on track now and today I've had a great day eating wise. Just to know I have a chance to get all this nasty skin off my body gives me such encouragement and hope.

You have helped. Thank you so much for posting that very positive and motivating post! Today is the first day of my recommitment to myself. I am choosing to no longer be the person who lets my food addiction rule my life. I hope that you will post and share more, it definitely helps me!!
