Hi everyone,
Very late getting here - I'm absolutely swamped at work. Didn't even get a chance to have lunch. I had a protein drink around noon, and naughty me is eating some thin pretzels right now....
I did get down to the treadmill and did 25 minutes, and I have tap dancing tonight, so hope to redeem myself!

Hi Tracy!
Thank you for the invite the support group. Fenton is a little far for me. I live in University City close the Wash U. Yesterday was a pretty good day, not perfect, but good. The scale moved downward 1.5! Hooray! I exercised 90 minutes today already. I fell face first though into a blueberry muffin! UGH! I'm back on track now.

Morning everyone
We had a good support group meeting last night. Small in number - but a good meeting and necessary for everyone there. 
I'm going to be working on cleaning my house today. It's in dire need, so I'm needing to tackle that today.
Ooooo, I found some salmon and tuna in these little individual cups at Walmart this morning. Maybe you all had already seen these before - I had not. So I bought me some. 
Thought I'd try one of those for lunch today.

Denise - I know you're also in the St Louis area (so am I) and I wanted to invite you to the WLS Achievers Support Group meeting tonight. This is my first time attending this meeting. It meets in Fenton at the Uthoff Valley Elementary. Here's their web site with a map and more info: http://www.orgsites.com/mo/wlsachievers/
The meeting is from 7-8:30 pm tonight - and the first Monday of every month. Hopefully you can make it. I do plan to be there this evening.

Traci - I know once the cold weather gets here I have to take a couple of my rings off because my fingers shrink and they spin around and around and drive me nuts! Is it cold there - if so, maybe that's the mystery of the shrinking fingers?

Been a busy morning here, thus why I'm getting here later than normal. I'm doing okay - I'm trying to come down with the cold my kids have. 
Other than that - I'm good.
I'm not sure what's up - but I've lost weight in my fingers. 
My rings keep wanting to fall off. Now, I haven't had this happen in 15 years!! I'm not sure what's up. The scale really hasn't gone down, but my fingers are most definitely thinner. Water weight lost, maybe? Don't know. Odd.
There's a support group meeting tonight - not necessarily close to me (1 hour away), but it's the closest there is. I'm debating on going. I'm tired today - so we'll see. I'd have to scoot out the door about as soon as my dh walked in from work to make it in time. So not sure I'll go or not. I'd like to. It's a newer group and the leaders are new post-ops (less than a year out). I'll make the decision later today on going or not.
