Ok, i know it has been over a year since I logged in.. and I am ashamed to admit it. In the last 6 months, I gained back 12 lbs, and I need to turn that around! So, as one of my promised steps, I am back at the forum for support. This week has been much better, and I am starting to get the eating/timing and exercise back on track..... It is good to read some of the posts from those of you I remember so fondly. Ileana

Just wanted to update you. My grandmother's pneumonia turned into something called Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), which is very difficult for even young, healthy people to overcome. Her lungs, however, were improving, but the rest of her body began shutting down. I'm doing okay, and my mom is handling this well. Pamela
