I did have all my blood work done and doc said everything looks great, but I cant seem to find anything that I can really eat that I like
I do a salad probably every day,
I need idea's PLEASE!
Also looking for someone that would help me daily with an exercise plan, incentive? someone I need to answer to about what I did?? Anyone want to join me?

Topic: RE: Guess what I'm wearing???
Monica,
I know the feeling! I was in a 26 pants when I started and wearing 18's now and REAL JEANS I call them! I always wore elastic waist jeans as they were more comfortable, didnt think I'd ever be wearing zip and button/snap jeans again and even a 18! And they are very comfortable, maybe more so then the elastic ones were. CONGRATULATIONS!! Its a GREAT feeling!!
I hope to go the nex size down with you!

She's made my life so glamorous
You can't blame me for feeling amorous
Oh! 'S ONEderful! 'S marvelous!
That she should care for me!
'S ONEderful! 'S marvelous!
That she should care for me!
'S awful nice! 'S paradise!
'S what I love to see!
C'est exceptionnel! 'S why I fell
C'est magnifique! 'S what I seek
C'est élégant! 'S what I want!
C'est quelque chose! From head to toes!

Topic: RE: Displaced Lightweight , what's holding me back?
I'd defiantly check out the Oklahoma board to find some local support. I moved from (were I had my surgery) Oregon to North Carolina when I was 4.5 months out so I understand what you mean about needing that new support. Of course you know with WLS we don't just change physically but emotionally/mentally too. This is often a quick change so it is not surprising for depression and/or anxiety to enter the picture. It takes a while for our brains and emotions to catch up with what our body is going through.
For some more online support there is a Lightweight board here on OH. They are wonderful supporters there! Here is a link if you haven't already visited http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/wls_lightweights/
Hang in there! And congrats on the great weight loss so far!!!

That is awesome Monica. Nothing feels better than loose pants that use to be tight. Thanks for sharing.
