I have been feeling really great overall. My energy level has soared compared to a few months ago...I think we all would expect to have lost more but hey, were losing though right? The one thing that I have soooo many problems with is my back! Does anyone out there have this same problem? My family doctor swears its from the surgery but im not really sure because I havent heard of any one else complaining of this...
anyways, I would highly recommend this to anyone with this horrible disease!
I get asked a million times a week if I am glad that I chose this method...
I am so glad that I chose this and wish anyone out there the best of luck as they choose there journey.

Jenn - I had a visit with my Dr yesterday. 7 weeks post op for me - down 46 pounds. I told him I am not whining I just thought I would loose faster.. the first two weeks I lost 28 pounds and now I am walking like a mad man 4-6 miles a day and I loose 3 to 5 pounds a week. He said RELAX... it is better to loose at a more moderate pace.. the chances of it staying off are so much better and he said to be honest I was worried at first when you were loosing so quickly... well it is more important that it stay off than that I break records for loosing so fast I guess
Though I prefer to have it ALL... I got over being tired or overly tired about 4 weeks out.. but that is also when I picked up my walking form a few times around the park to actual miles.. started at 2 and worked my way up to 6. If you are not walking or getting some exercise you might try a bit to see if your energy level increases.. mine sure did... Also the more you weigh the quicker you loose so you cannot compare your loss to others. It is nearly 40 pounds forever gone and that is GREAT!! Keep up the good work!

Topic: 2 months down....a lifetime to go!!
Hi guys,
It's been two months now, and I'm still experimenting with what I can I eat and what I can't.....but this is great so far. I can go almost all day and not even have to eat a thing.....and the best part is that I don't care if I do or not!! I never thought that food wouldn't be a major player in my life, but now it's about the lowest thought in my day, every day, and I think it's the most wonderful I've ever felt. I'd love to kiss the person that thought of this surgery!!!
Jennifer
