Hi;
yes, some days; I'm soooo hungry and others I don't eat at all. it's weird. I think it's just our bodies trying to catch up with all the changes. as for snacking; I really try hard to make them a healthy snack. Something with protein (nuts, jerky; peanut butter and crackers or a protein bar).
one thing I have found that really helps me, is to drink a protein drink mid afternoon or mid morning. It really fills me up. and I don't feel like eating again. I do notice that I'm really hungry after exercising so I'm trying to follow up my work out with a protein drink.
I have only lost 3 lbs the past month. but I seem to be losing a few inches here and there. Nothing like it used to be; but I"m down 122 lbs and if I stay here I'll be happy even though the doc says I should lose another 10 to 15 lbs.
hugs..

Congratulations and even if there isn't a club for it. Anyone that has done it from either 3's to 2's to 1's or even plans to do it knows the joy it brings. I still remember those old doctors scales with the big weights. I think you should find one just to see and hear the movement down to the lower weight.
Congrats again, Hope to be there soon myself.
