You are so luck to be able to tolerate all those fruits.... I'm jealous....I really miss eating fruits...I dumped on 1/4 banana...dumped on eating orange....I did well with the stawberries..they are my favorite now...and OK with just a couple small peices of watermelon...even though I understand that its high in sugar and should be careful when eating I don't have an answer for you....but isn't it interesting how we handle certain foods now.

I am in the same boat as all of yall are. I had my surgery 11/24. I can't seem to budge the scale lower than 193 and it is making me crazy. The docs office said *eat more food*. Sounds counter-productive to me. And I hate that I don't dump on sugar - at least I have not yet, but I keep it under the 20 gram marker. And it is rare I get sugared food. I am going to redo my workout plan and hope that helps. I have also tried stepping up the water and tea. Also, I found a 50gram premixed shake. I add the milk or water and it comes in a ready to go shaker bottle.. Its from OSMO. That is breakfast. I hope this will all start things moving again............................

so almost 7 months now; and last night I had about a cup of watermelon. Well, about an hour later; I had the worse case of heart burn since surgery. Just thought it was odd; pre-op I never had a problem with it. I can eat other fruits; mandrains, banana; cantalope; with no problem. Just thought that was strange. mark g.

be careful, have your labs done regularly. I had a friend that is now getting Iron infusions and has been for months now, she was unable to take iron by mouth. I've heard this happening alot latlely. Make sure your taking iron along with your multi-vitamin. When I called my doc to ask about this he recomended taking 4 over the counter iron tabs a day in addition to multi-vit but my labs showed my iron was low along with A and B vit being low as well. I wasn't even feeling tired, so if your feeling it you better get in and have your labs drawn quickly!!

Me too. I had so much energy earlier, now, I wake up tired. Is it the weight loss or body changing or both?
