Wow I am down 85 pounds gone forever in 6 months...........
Remind friends not to compare one wls loss to anothers. We all started out at different weights and will loose at different rates. I am excited for all who are loosing period........

Hello Everyone,
I just have to share my GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!
I weighted today and drum roll please........ 146!!!!!!! By the charts here on obesityhelp to lose 100 lb I should have lost 65 lbs by this point.
I've lost 72!!!!!!!! I'm a month ahead of what the charts say!!!!!!!!!
I only have 28 more pounds to go to reach GOAL of 118!!!!!
I'm soooooooo happy I only wish I had done this sooner in my life and not waite till I was 42.
Just as a refressher about me I'm 4'10" tall. and MY goal is 120-115. At 119 would put my BMI at 24.9 I have a LARGE frame and I just can't see myself any smaller than 115.

Topic: Plateau finally broke!! YEA!!!! & update on emergency surgery!!
Hi, 
i had the twisted bowel and internal hernia last week. but other than soreness from the surgery i am feeling great!! i can almost sleep on my side again. 
anyway, before this i had been on a plateau for around 2 weeks and as of this morning i have lost 3 more lbs. to go down to 150.5!! 112.0 lbs. lost forever!! and in 1 more lb. my BMI will be that of a normal person. i don't think i have been that way since i was a toddler!!! hahahaha!! 
hell of a way to break a plateau with the emergency surgery but i am so happy!!!

You sound like you've got it all under control, wish I felt the same as soon as i get off this plateau I'll feel better I feel like I should be further ahead then I am. Surgery 11/4 only down 72 lbs still another 70 to go
