Topic:  Hi everyone! I've ...
Hi everyone! I've not been able to online much lately...been busy with painting the outside of the house, and all of that good stuff. Amazing what you can accomplish with the extra energy, huh?! Happy 6 month anniversary to everyone wherever you may fall in the month. I will have my 6 month anniversary on the 18th, and have so far lost 104 pounds. I am very happy, and even though I still have 70 -80 pds to go, I feel positive about that happening. Before when I lost wt it always stayed in my head that it would come back, and that I couldn't control it very well. This surgery has definitely given me the feeling of being in control over the wt issue. The eating issues are still very much there, but I am working through those the best I can, and the support groups are great...along with all my family here!! Thanks everyone, and have a great weekend! I'm off to do some swimming exercises. Cindy

a great train. I spent 30 minutes on the cardio bike on Monday; Wednesday and Friday; and about 15 minutes doing weights each of those days. I end my workout with a protein drink and some yoguart. Lunch has been chicken breast; about 4 ounces; and dinner has been some beef; (stew, hamburger, what ever my wife fixes.) again about 3 to 4 ounces. like any ole diet the last 10 lbs are the tough ones. keep up the great work everyone and we'll make it. mark g.

wow.. I'm glad they got you in and found the problem right away. I was having some pain; but it was found that my large intestine moved up under my rib-cage; and that I need to take a laxative to move things along. Hernia's are no fun; had one repaired about 4 years ago. Take care of your self. mark g.

Hi, they told me to eat a soft diet for a couple of days but no restrictions other than that. also, they were able to go in through the same places that they did for the gastric bypass surgery so no new scars!! thanks for your concern stacy
