I can relate. My appetite sometimes scares me.
Currently, I am eating around 1200-1500 calories a day.
My surgery was 11/24. I am 5 lbs. from goal weight, and I do
exercise a lot and very intensely.
I am still losing about 2 pounds a week.

You're doing great. I get upset also. I have lost 62 lbs and 59.5 inches haven't measured lately tho. I have been loosing only like 3 to 5 lbs a month for the last two or three months it is slow but I am happy to see the loss I have made so far. I walk 5 days a week and water arobics 2 times a week. Get 110 grams of protien or more in a day and it is still slow. I wish that it would go faster but my body likes being where it is I guess. You have lost more than me. Congratulations.

It's seems like our train is getting full. The more the merrier.

Breakfast
1/4 of Hardees Low bowl (egg, sausage, cheese)
Snack
1/2 of a small Slim Jim
Lunch
1/2 of a container of Pintos and cheese from Taco Bell
Snack
2 small strawberries
Dinner
2 Shrimp and 1 Snow crab leg claw.
Liquids: 70 ounces and counting

Liz you can do it!!!! Your nutritionist is right somethings our body get use to the same routine...you have to step it up a notch. Which seems like what you are doing with riding your bike.
I am required to get 60 grams a day but some days I don't quite make it that is why I am doing the Protein Train to get it up to par. How many grams of protein do you get in?
