I never count calories or even worry about them. I just eat 2 meals a day, protein first. I quit when I'm satisfied.

Sorry for the late arrival but i'm with you. Just recieved a wedding invite for July 4th weekend. Would love to have lost the 30 lbs to be below 200 for the event. Something to definitely celebrate since I can't remember the last time I didn't see my weight begin with a 2 or 3. (maybe Jr. High school)
Started riding my bike yesterday did 20 minutes tomorrow will try for 30. I think i am going to rotate between the treadmill 30 min and then the thigh trainer video. I also walk 25 minutes in NYC every AM to work. But as my nutritionist says my body is used to that now and I need some additional work out.
By the way how many grams of protein do you get in?

When I can't drink the protein shakes, I go to GNC and pick up the clear isopure whey protein isolate. Tastes yummy - a little sweet, but it has 40 grams of protein. wlssuccess.com also has a clear liquid protein drink. And their roadside lemonade nectar is awesome!
