Topic: RE: (ô¿ô) How many of you are thinking PS already ?
I will admit it! I have been thinking about a tummy tuck a lot lately!
I actually made an appointment to have the consultation. I just want to have an idea about the procedure & the price & financing. I know it is too early, but I am only 15 pounds from goal!
I will talk to my surgeon before I schedule anything, as I don't want to have it done too soon!
I am considering a breast lift also, but the stomach is priority right now! I have always had it, since I have given birth. I know it will not tighten up, so I want to get rid of it!
Plus a girl here at work just had a stomach surgery that went all the way around her midrift-to-back. She looks great & is now a size 4!
I am a size 8 to a loose 10 right now.

I too love salty items! Salty & spicy are the best combo.
I buy these Planters nuts from the gas stations that are called Seasonuts HEAT Peanuts. They are delicious!
Pre-op my favorite salty food was any kind of jalapeno chips I could find. Now I don't like chips very much.
When I am craving salt I will sometimes have a pickle spear or two, spicy peanuts, or suck on potato chips & spit them out. Gross I know.

Topic: RE: HOW MUCH ARE YOU ALL EATING???
Let's see... i eat about 5 times a day...each meal is about 2-3 oz (unless its soup or chili or something like that) then I can eat 6 oz.
This sounds like normal to me.

Topic: HOW MUCH ARE YOU ALL EATING???
HELLO! JUST CHECKING TO SEE HOW MUCH IS OKAY. I DO NOT GO BACK TO THE SURGEON UNTIL JUNE AND I DO NOT GET MUCH ADVICE. I KNOW THIS IS NOT LEGIT BUT I AM TOLD NO MORE THAN 2 OUNCES 6 TIMES A DAY. WELL I CAN EAT 3 0R 4 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY PLUS AT LEAST TWO LITTLE SNACKS. IS THIS BAD? I DO NOT WANT TO STRETCH TO EARLY AS I AM A YOUNG AND HAVE A LIFETIME OF THIS.
THANKS

I think about PS all the time. My breasts look like they should be in the pages of National Geographic!!!! LOL!!!!!
I have lost a total of 113 lbs and would like to lose another 50. I think this will put me in a size 8. I am currently in a lose 14.
I look in the mirror and imagine what a flat stomach and perky breasts would look like. I have already begun to research financing options even though I know I am atleast 6 months away from even making a consoltation apointment.
The one thing I cant decide is if I want an augmentation or just a lift. I have always been very busty and I am begining to miss my girls. I'm still a DD but know that will be reduced with a lift.
Oh well. I guess I have time to think about it.

Salt, yes! More salt! Someone please pass the salt!
I like to lick my finger and get all the salt from the bottom of a can of nuts. I cannot get enough. I thought it was just me. Must be a common thing?
Topic: RE: Salt Cravings
Oh yes! I found myself eating the salt out of an empty bag of prezels the other day!
I also crave HOT and SPICY stuff...been eating hot peppers like they were mnm's. Weird. Hated them pre-op, yet here I am.

Whew! I had no idea there would be so many of us going through this!! I'm 5-1/2 months out, 75 pounds down and a few weeks ago I felt like I was losing my mind! I homeschool my daughter who has special needs so this temper was simply not acceptable. I talked to my PCP and she prescribed Lexapro. It's wonderful!!!
It doesn't make me feel sluggish or anything, and I'm still losing weight. All it's done is let me become myself again. I feel balanced and in control. Little things no longer set me off and I enjoy life again. It's like a miracle! I only wish I'd done it sooner. It is SO worth it! Best of luck, all. I do know how you feel.

Topic: RE: Has everyone started losing their hair?
I'm still waiting-like you are...maybe we will get by without losing any!??!! One can only hope! That was a funny one Cecil!
I see we have the same "rebirth date"!

Topic: RE: Salt Cravings
I definitely do! Saltines and pistachio's have been staples in the past few weeks..my hubby said he's going to get me a salt-lick if this keeps up
