Hey Mitzi, I've been taking Chewable Citrate from twin lab..It's kinda fruity tasting and a little sweet, but I am able to get all my calcium this way. I have not been able to find them at local stores, but then again I don't really look for them...I went to vitacost.com to purchase mine, I think they were like $6.50 a bottle. Beth

I am also stuck and have been for about 3 weeks. I dont like it, but I had fallen into some bad habits again, and I hate that even more. I am really working on getting rid of those habits again most of them have to do with what I eat. Chips have always been my weakness and I have snuck more than a few in lately. I got rid of them by throwing them away and vow not to by another bag. I live alone so it is alot easier for me, not to have to buy the stuff for the rest of the family. Stacy, I use it to make protein shakes. I mix it with a chocolate flavored egg white protein that is sweetened with Stevia root. About 8 - 10 ounces of milk, 5 ice cubes and a scoop of this powder is about 40 grams of protein. You can also mix it with a fruit of your choice and make a smoothie. You can substitute it for about one third of the flour in most recipes but you have to experiment. It is an excellent source of protein though. John
