Hi all,
I have found a source of egg white protein at what I believe to be is a very good price. Including shipping, I paid $33.70 for 5 pounds of plain egg white protein. I'm not sure about posting the information because i'm not sure of the board's policy. I will be glad to provide my information to anyone that emails me. I believe the email link should work.

I also thank God that he led me to this surgery also, I haven't lost as much as you all yet, I'm holding at 66 lbs. ,but very thankful to be there.

My whole life has changed, along with my outlook on life!
I am down 63 pounds so far & not very far away from goal!
Dr. Ikramuddin was the best surgeon & I was blessed to have no complications during or after surgery!
I hope everyone is doing just as well!

Some churches have clothes they sell cheap or give away to the needy (that's us). Of course I, have donated several hefty bags full of clothes, so I don't feel bad taking what I want. When the clothes get too big, I just take them back.

Congrats on your weightloss 
I myself have lost 77 pounds and like you, think this is the best decision I have ever made. Im glad I made it now rather than later so that I can enjoy the rest of life being thinner and healthier and feeling better. Its been a tough road at times but all in all, a true gift from God.

God bless all our doctors who helped us get to where we are today, they provided the tool but we also had a big part in the way we look today and tomorrow so god bless us too!!

Since my surgery last November I have lost 78 pounds and I must say with a great hooray that I feel wonderful. To have this surgery was the best desicion that I ever made. No regrets!!! I'm a new woman and now have a different out look on life! God bless Dr. Lawerence Barzune for his ability to help me.

I just wanted to do a quick update! I lost tha****er weight in a week. Yeah me!!! I saw my surgeon last week, had my staples and drain out and was basically released from his care. I started exercising again yesterday, which was my five month anniversary. As of today I have lost 122 pounds! Life is truly good!

Yes, you scared me to death!!!! I had my surgery the same day you had yours, and I also have to have a ventral hernia repair on April the 30th. Thanks. I don't look forward to gaining weight. So I guess I won't get on the scale until I feel the water weight is down. Don't want to get depressed you know. I'm having too much fun!!!!! Hope you have a speedy recovery.
