tanning!! It's the first time that I've been able to tan in the tanning bed and not be required to wait for the stand-up tanning booth due to my weight!
YIPPEE!....this year I bought some great sunless tanning spray from Estee lauder and even my PICKY "YOU LOOK ORANGE!!!" husband likes it!

congrats to you!!
i made my 100 lbs goal last week and i was so happy!!
it helps to have different milestones things that probably wouldn't mean anything to anybody else but help to keep us motivated!
i exercise 4 times a week as well, i go to curves! i have also started tanning because this is the first time in like 15 years i am going to buy a bathing suit and be seen in public in it!!! hahahaha

Wow, I feel fantastic! This week I lost another 5 pounds, which puts me at 228, which means my BMI is now 39.1, which means I am NO LONGER MORBIDLY OBESE! Hurrah, hallaluja, and praise the surgeon!
I love my DS. I get to eat three normal-sized meals a day plus a late night snack and the pounds just keep falling off! Well, I do try not to eat very many carbs and I do exercise at least four times a week, but still--life is grand! -100 is so close, I can almost taste it!
