Hey Cecil: My surgery was on November 3, and I have dropped 120 thus far. I know what you mean about the clothes. It seems like something just starts to fit and then............oops, it's too big now!! What a great problem to have!! Continued success to you.

Hey Cecil and all the other 11/03 gang! I'm getting there..85 lbs as of this morning! Hoping to get to 100 soon. Started at 401lbs. A ways to go, but not as far as when I started. Everybody keep up the good work and push past the lulls in loosing!! Jeannene

Wendy, Sometimes I snack on peanuts, cashews, beef jerky, or cheese. These all have protein and it has not slowed down my weight loss. I've even had some pork skins (no carbs). I guess the thing is, if you have to snack, try to make wise choices. And don't beat yourself up when you feel like you've blown it. Just take it a day at a time. Remember what all you've gone through. It takes a lot of courage to do what we've done and so far you have done great! Hang in there and the scale will start moving to the left again. God Bless you! Wow, I don't what to tell you. My doctor has Four Rules: 1. Protein first. 2. Drink 64 oz of water. 3. Exercise 60 minutes every day. 4. No Snacking. If your not doing those four things, try it. Good luck. Let me know how you do. I know you'll start losing again. Cecil 338/230

I am feeling for you. I have not lost alot either. I have found myself eating some sugar free but not as well balanced meals as I could do (I think).

Awesome!!!! I have not lost a lb this past month. I have lost 73 lbs so far. Please tell me how you are doing it. I eat my protein and work out 3 times per week. And have been stuck for the last month

Thank you Sheri I went six months back to september and realized that people actually slow down at 4 months out. I have been stuck at the same weight for two weeks and was really frustrated until I went back and found out I was not alone.. ((((HUGS)))) Dawn
