I have to admit I'm obsessed with plastic surgery shows too! I know that if I get all the work done I think I'm going to need...it's going to cost around $20k. 20k that i don't have.

I am so happy you posted this!!!!!!!!! I deal with this issue every day and the more I lose the worse it seems to get.
I have gone from a size 24 to a 4/6 but when I look in the mirror I fell so much worse about my appearance than I ever have. Everyone tells me how great I look but I still tell myself there just being polite. I know this is not true but I am having a very hard time getting myself to believe it. I thought losing 167 lbs would help my self-esteem but it seems to be spinning around the bottom of the toilet and getting closer to the drain every day.

I still have issues with taking pictures even now at a size 6. I guess some habits stick with us for awhile.
I look forward to everyones before and afters but still have not mustered up the guts to post mine. Someday........

I almost spit coffee all over my PC when I saw the name of that show!!!!!
I don't know about everyone else here on this board but I have become completely obsessed with watching plastic surgery shows on TV. Even my husband has gotten into it and pulled me out of bed to watch one the other night. At least he's supportive.

I am having an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair & a breast lift with implants on November 15th.
I am going to Costa Rica to have my surgeries. Nothing was covered by insurance here.
The cost for all surgery in Costa Rica, including 1 night at the hospital is $5400.00. The same surgeries here were going to cost me about $1600.00! I am taking a friend with me, we fly there on November 10th, 2 days away!
I hope everyone is doing well with reaching their goals!
