Goals for October
It's a brand new month well I know I am a few days late but better late then never! Time to set some goals.... What are you goals for October???
Well, I am 11 months out today and I am going to spend this month trying to reclaim my exercise routine ( I had surgery on Sept 24th). It's driving me nuts. I am also going to do the all liquid protein every Monday and get back on the protein train on the other days starting tomorrow. All the added protein will definitely help with my healing.

Topic: PCP didn't recognize me!!
Hi,
just had to share this one with you.
My mom and I go to the same PCP and when she was there last time they were talking and she asked my mom to ask me to stop by and see her so she could see how things were going with my surgery. well i haven't seen her since january for my broncitis, so it has been awhile. she was kinda cold and distant and she is usually so friendly so i couldn't figure it out.
(i didn't have an appt. so she didn't have my file i just stopped in after work) she said what is this about and i said you said you wanted me to stop by to see you some time so here i am. and she said is this about medication? and i said no you told me to stop by so you could see how i was doing with my surgery. still nothing... finally her nurse who i know said you don't know who this is do you? she said no i am sorry i really don't. she said it's stacy leary and she said no way!!
and looked really hard at me and all of a sudden she was her friendly self again she screamed oh my god and gave me like 3 big hugs and everything!! she couldn't believe it. she was so happy for me !! I am so happy for me too!!
Thanks for listening!!

I like the Wacoal brand bras, better fit for me than Victoria's secret. (get the underwire). They run in the $35-45 range. The girls look pretty good rolled up in them. They are sold at Macy's and Nordstom and probably other places.

I truely understand your plight.
I am 10 mos (11/10/03)out down 95 lbs since surgery (130lbs from my highest)and haven't lost a lb in 9 weeks. I am about 205 and the scale doesn't move! I work out 3x a week, eat about 1200-1400 calories (low fat, low but not no carb) a day.
I tell my self that even if I never loose another lb it would be worth it, as long as I keep the weight off.
I am thinking of going to weigh****chers but I doubt their food plan is much different than mine, nor is it lower in calories.
I too would like to know the secret or continued weight loss
Topic: Cheating Husband
Guess what you guys...I notice that my neighbors on my right have been acting kind of strange. When I walk to the mailbox I would speak to them but they acted like they did not want to speak or if they are working in the yard I would say hello and just give me a crazy look. Well, today my neighbor that live a few houses down from me came over to visit (with roses and a card) and she even brought over dinner for my family. I am so touched by her actions. Well anyway, she said when she was walking over my neighbors (on my right) asked her where was she going and why was she taking food and flowers over (I know real nosey right) so she informed them that I had surgery. She said they told her that they thought my hubby and I was no longer together and that there was a new women living there. I know I lost 120lbs but I don't think I've changed that much or look that different. I am one of those neighbors who stay to myself so they rarely see me. I told my hubby about and he said that he noticed they were acting funny but never knew why. I just had to share this WLS moment with you all.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Just think the skin isn't as saggy. And I know where you all are. I started at 250 and am finely at 167 *83* pounds finely.. But I feel great and it is still coming off even after a three and a half month NO LOSS at all. ( I did loose inches) but suck a long time in between the pounds coming off. Congrats all you loosers
