I've been at a plateau for nearly 4 weeks now, so I know how you feel! I still have 10 to 15 pounds to lose too. I'd hate to get this close and not make it. I enjoyed reading the recommendations. I've also re-read the pouch rules for dummies, so I'll get back on that program. I know part of my problem is that I'm snacking and not exercising enough. I've only myself to blame.

Could it be yeast? I know that now my belly button is hiden in skin and when i bathe I have to make sure I dry it really well.

Hmmmm... red, swollen, and smelly. Could be some kind of an infection. Get it checked by your doctor as soon as possible. You never know. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck! Grace

Me too! I tell you the hardest part of the day is the evening! I eat a yogurt for breakfast, cottage cheese for lunch, and then dinner around 5 p.m- I go to the gym at 6:00 and then after the gym 8-9ish I snack. I try to make a good choice but I'm not eating because I'm hungry- although I just may be hungry- who knows! But some days I eat a little here, a little there, and I feel out of control. Hey- I remind myself I am human and then work out the nest day REAL hard!
