Carolyn, I hear ya! My 89 yr old grandmother has better breasts than I do. When I lay down I have nothing and I mean nothing. I was a C cup and now I have trouble filling a B cup. I have to fold them in. I went to a bra store yesterday and tried on dozens of bras with no success. This is what I ended up doing. I am using a bra that has a formed cup and then I bought those "gel falseys" and it seems to work. At least I'll save money on tissues since I was using so many. Also, wear your bra tight. When I was measured they said I was a 38, but I am wearing a 36 and it seems to help keep the girls up. Good luck on your quest. I think only surgery will help us! Note: we are surgery buddies. I'm going through the same thing. Since I got my appetite back, I've been snacking. I have lost anything in what seems like forever. I haven't gained any weight thank the Lord. I think it may be due to lack of exercise. I joined the Y today and plan to start working out everyday. That should get me going again. I only need to loose 28 more pounds. Good luck! Cecil

Somuch so that he told me to go and buy more! They come in all kinds of styles, wire, no underwire, air pockets to lift, etc. If you don't live near one, look online. You will not be sorry!
