OK, guys! You're suppose to add your weight to the others to keep a running total!
I'm down 148 lbs. That makes 1658, if I added right!

Topic: RE: 8 month-What is your Typical Daily Menu??
Here's my normal week day:
0530: Ride 5 miles or 20 minutes on my recumbent bicycle.
0600: Vitamin (chewable prenatal), equate (stool softener), Innermint (to fight odor) and whatever amount of water it takes to wa**** all down.
0630: Usually grab either a bacon cheeseburger or bacon croissant from burger king on my way to work. I remove the largest side of the bun/ croissant and fold it over. Or I may have ½ cup sugar free cereal (rice krispies, corn flakes or shredded wheat) with a little 1% milk.
0730: 15 oz. Decaf coffee mixed with Splenda, creamer and 24gm. Chocolate protein powder.
Water, water, water...
1000: 15 oz. Decaf coffee mixed with Splenda, creamer and 24gm. Chocolate protein powder.
Water, water, water...
1130: Lunch, usually either leftovers from dinner or a small frozen dinner. Today it's leftovers from dinner, ½ chicken breast with ½ cup chicken rice. I do eat pasta and rice.
30 minutes later, water, water, water...
3PM: Snack - Nature Valley Crunchy Granola bar (2 in a pack, I only eat one) or maybe a couple of crackers or a sugar free popsicle or low carb ice cream bar.
5PM: 24 oz. Kool-Aide made with Splenda with 30 gms unflavored protein powder mixed in.
6PM: Dinner- just a small portion of what the family is eating. They are eating much healthier these days!
30 minutes later, water, water, water...
8:30PM: Innermint, a few crackers and water.
I never take more than 15 minutes to eat anything. If it's taking longer than that, it's time for me to stop. Looking at this, it seems I eat a lot but it seems to be working, I'm down 127 pounds. I also have two teenage girls at home that very much enjoy their roles as my personal food police.

The very same thing happened to a wonderful lady in Tucson. Here is the link to her profile, I'm sure she would be more than happy to hear from you. http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/profile.phtml?N=C1061744869
