Oh Jean! I really know about the hair loss. I had surgery in November 05 and the hair loss started in February. Everytime I brushed my hair, washed it or changed clothes.. I looked like a sheep dog was on my lap...lol. I had labs checked.. nothing wrong there. My doc suggested that I up my Zinc, which I did. I also had very long hair and got it cut to shoulder length. Both of those things helped, but it was still coming out.. so I got it cut really short and started to use salon products, instead of Suave and the off the-rack stuff. That has helped also. Now tha I am into month 7.. is seems to be under control. I hope this helps you and your hair losses stop soon. Jacki K from PA

Topic: RE: Slow down?
Hi Sally! I am in the slow zone. I am stable for a few weeks, then I drop a few pounds.. then stable again for a few more. Seems like I lose once every three weeks or so... go figure??? I haven't been exercising regularly the past month.. been busy having a yard sale, kids end of school programs and fieldtrips, doctor visits and my olderst (17) had surgery yesterday, and a one day trip to NYC... my regular routine of work out videos 2-3 times a week has fallen by the wayside for now. I plan on getting back into the routine beginning next week once all the hassle of the end of the school year is over. I have about 20 pounds that I'd like to lose yet. And I am still losing, just really slow. How is everyone else doing? Jacki K from PA

I had a pick up last month, but now I think I am retaining more water--a problem that is typically worse for me in the hot weather. My doctor told me to expect a slow down, but I'm hoping to keep things at a good pace. It is actually harder for me to get to the gym and exercise in summer than other times. With bad knees, I can't get that much walking in so I rely on the gym. Now that is one place I wish they did keep it cooler! Best of luck with reaching your goal. Sally

I actually have notice a pick up in weight loss. I only have 3 lbs to go for 100. I think I have picked up on my excersize tho to. Now that it is warmer here in wis. I can go out walking and riding my bike more. I hope it doesn't slow down. My daughter is getting married in August and I was hoping to be at goal by then. I'd like to be 130. I am at 156 now. Betty

Now that the November surgery people are in their seventh month is anyone noticing a slow down in weight loss. I was told to expect it--and it has happened. But I also haven't been able to go to the gym like I was for the last few weeks. How is it going for everyone? Sally

As Jennifer said, email them at [email protected] with Century Card as the subject. In the message type in your user ID#, user name and password so they can access your profile. Also if you want your picture on the card, attach to the email a current picture or tell them to use the one they have on file. I just had the Century Card added to my profile with a new picture. It took about 4 days. Congratulations, Mandy. Kathy

Mandy; Email a request to [email protected] and put "century card" in the subject line, it can take over a week for them to add the card to your profile. Blessings, Jennifer 253 / 167 / 137
