Topic: WOO~HOO, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS

I love Wal~mart!!!! I went shopping for some new workout clothes. What happened here? I just got into a size 18, so I picked out a size 18 in everything, except 1 pair of swishy(sp) pants, and 1 pair of workout pants (shorter than regular pants, but not Capri's). They were both 16. I thought they would be to small. All of the 18's were to big!!! The 16's fit so good. I'm in awe! I can't believe this. Thank you Jesus, For Henry Ford Hospital, And my entire medical/surgical team. WOO~HOO I AM SO HAPPY. God bless you all, Love you, Annette

Dear Angel, I wouldn't consider you a slow losser at all--100 lbs. in just a bit over five months. I had surgery on Nov. 15th as well and weighed more than you. I lost more the first month but then 15, 12, 16, and 16 since. My doctor seems very pleased. I was told to expect it to slow down anytime now. Keep up the good work, Sally

Hi Jennifer actually I am watching what I eat even more and eating a lot less. That could be it. I did lose a few more inches because I went down a pant size again. It could be in a resting mode.

Angel; Have you changed how you're eating in April? The slower weight loss this month could be just your body taking a break, or if you've let your eating habits slide a little bit, it could be because of that. Hello I added up my lost for each month and this is my results I wanted to know if I am slow loser. Nov 15th (surgery day to end of nov) 27 pounds Dec 16 Jan 19 Feb 15 Mar 15 April Only 7 so far I think that is why I am bummed I only lost 7 this month and I feel I am trying sooo hard. It was a eye opener i thought it was 20 each month but I forgot the big water weight loss from 2 weeks. Thank you Angel 311/212/170

i totally understand bout patience not being one of ur virtues-- mine either!!!! lol dang it i want to lose the weight and i want it yesterday!!! hehehe. o well, it will come off in time... ive lost 5 lbs since i wrote this topic so that is good news!!! good luck bout not having another stricture-- they can b a pain. let me know lisa
