Topic: RE: -104 lbs!!!
I am right there with you! I had my surgery on the 16th and am only down 65-67 pounds, depending on the day. I plan to start exercising so hopefully that will help. I have really, really bad back problems but I gotta do something. My hair is so thin now too. Luckily it was always thick so even though you can tell it is thinner, it doesn't look too bad yet, but I know it will soon. I don't get in much protein and I know that is my own fault. Oh well. Congrats on your weight loss, you look great

I'm glad to hear that everyone disagrees with the dr! His disapproval made me a little worried that I wasn't doing something right even though I do everything by the book. I was thinking that maybe he had a larger number set in his mind because that's what he "thought" that I would lose? Hmm? Oh well, at least I know that I am on target for the other losers in my surgery month. Thanks y'all for your support! I wouldn't know what to do without being able to come here and ask questions! I went to my doctor on the 28th....Looks like I'm losing slower than I'm supposed to. I lost 55 pounds and need to lose 30 more by my 6th month check up. My surgery was Nov. 21.......my doc would be thrilled with you.

I've lost 75 pounds in the same amount of time I think 81 is great. I wish I was at 81 too. I can't believe your docto said that. Like you said when was the last time you lost 81 pounds in 4 months. Betty

Topic: RE: What is everyone eating these days?
It's just confusing because when I go in for my doctor visits, one of the things they ask is how often you snack. Well, all my "meals" are snacks. When I get to the point where more than 2 bites is doable for me, maybe I will have meals! I just worry I'll get in the bad habit of eating lots of little things throughout the day. That is a bad habit and down the road could lead me to gain weight.

Topic: My weekend w/pictures!!!!
Hello ya'll!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful and Blessed weekend. On Friday night I went to the Improv to see Tony Rock (Chris Rock's brother and star on UPN's "All Of Us"). He was soooooo funny and I had a great time. Then EARLY Saturday morning, my dad, my sister's mom and I drove to DC for my sister Jenna's 21st Birthday and I had a BALL. Jenna attends Howard University so we had to make it down there for the BIG 2-1!!!!! We were suppose to eat at Phillip's but the line was out the door and down the street so we ended up at a cool place in downtown Silver Springs called Egg Spectation. We only came for the day.....only took 3 hours each way so I will be coming to visit more often! The pictures are in my album 2006 Blessings. www.picturetrail.com/tawnyrose Blessings ~Tonya 330/250/155

Holly - that's how I'm eating, too. I'm not overeating, but I don't like that I do a lot of small meals vs. 3 actual meals a day. But I can't eat a meal, therefore, I can only do small meals (snacks) throughout the day.
