I guess changing my profile name still doesn't take it off google.
Does anyone know how to remove it from google?

Sorry for your experience. This is the exact reason why I am only using initials and have yet to post a photo.
About 4 years ago I signed up for this site using my real name. When I signed up, the site told me that my name would only be shared with a Dr, etc. and that my info would not be posted online.
When a friend found this site by searching under my name, I was mortified. Thank God I hadn't posted my weight and some other very personal details.
A strongly worded letter sent off to this site got my profile deleted, but it didn't resolve the fact that my name and info was picked up by multiple search engines and floated around online for several months.
Topic: 4 Month Checkup
I saw my surgeon yesterday on my 4-month surgiversary! (He laughed when I called it that).
I'm down 74 lbs and feel better than I have in over a decade.
He also said I could start swimming April 15.
Oh yes, I seem to have gone down another size!!!
God has truly blessed me by allowing me to have the surgery.

I also stalled for about 6 weeks. I had reached 50 pounds lost and never thought I would see 60!
Topic: RE: What is everyone eating these days?
Hey LC. Cheeseburgers were my fav pre op and I couldn't stand the cravings so I figured out how to have one. Get some lean ground beef, premeasure 2 oz, brown it in the frying pan, add a slice of low fat cheese to the top, a little ketchup if you can tolerate it and enjoy. This is one of my favorite things to fix myself.

So sorry, Jennifer.
What a terrible thing to happen.
I must be lucky.
Seems there are a gazillion
women with my name on Google,
and none of them are me.
Thanks for the heads-up, tho...

I agree with you on the sugar!!! What I don't know won't hurt me!!!!
My favorite meal is using the South Beach wraps that you can find where the Lunchables are. The chicken is soft and if I chew it up good, it goes down and stays down. I've been buying whole wheat flour tortillas and chicken and making my own as well.
For breakfast, I do cottage cheese and SF jello. The jello gives it some flavor. For lunch I have a wrap. And for dinner I like to fix some mashed potatoes and gravy. I make my gravy using Cream of Chicken soup and chicken broth. Then I'll add some chicken. I've been using the rotissere chickens that I can get at the grocery store already cooked. The chicken is soft and easy to chew. I haven't had good luck with beef or eggs, so I try to stay away from them. Baked sweet potatoes are good too. Again, I serve it with chicken.
For snack, I'll have cashews and Crixpix cereal. Also, if I peel an apple, I can eat anywhere from a 1/4 to a 1/2. I bought some Guiltfree chocolate ice cream sundaes last night and even my 8 year old son liked it!
I live off of Crystal Light Peach Tea.
Key for me is soft and slow. Otherwise, it's
