Yes, I remember that we are surgery twins and even at the same hospital! Congrats to you on your great success! I'm still 8 lbs. from Dr. S's goal for me and another 10 lbs. is my own goal. I'm thinking it could take MONTHS for me to loose another 18 but I may settle for the 8 as I'm honestly pretty happy where I'm at.
I'm glad to know I'm not completely alone in not pursuing the plastics option. Maybe down the road I'll think I need to.......I suppose as I age, the sagging will get worse, but I'm just so happy to where normal sized clothes and to feel normal that I can't imagine going through more surgery.

Hi Jenny, I have lost exactly 127 pounds and we had surgery the same day, in the same hospital. Congrats to you! I don't really want any surgery either. Maybe just a breast lift, but since I don't have any kids yet, I think I will pass on that. I am at my goal and I am 10 pounds under my personal goal. My doctor dosen't want me to lose anymore. Glad your surgery went well and keep up the good work.

I had my one year post op surgery visit on Tuesday. Labs are good. BP is good. I've lost 113% of my weight. (I already knew I was 10+ below ideal goal). The pain between my shoulder blades after I eat may be gall bladder but no tests for that yet. I need to go back in 6 months or before if I continue to lose weight. I feel great. Merry Christmas to all!

Wow, that's great Kimberly! Congrats on your weight loss. What are you planning to have done? It is awesome to say "7 pounds" as opposed to 197 pounds! I just can't believe I'm done to the last 7. Have a great holiday, and March 22 is just around the corner. I am so excited for you too.
