I wonder if I will ever be normal 
LOL!!! I am trying to get to that goal too, I am like 1/10th away from being overweight.....I will be happy to get into that catagory too!!! Congrats you are doing awesome and you look great!!!

No I haven't taken Zelnorm, but I wouldn't mind getting the runs either...plugged up again!!!Is Zelnorm the one insurance was refusing to pay for? I don't want to sound naive but I am always interested in learning about different faiths.....Do you guys have your own holidays or none at all? Well I hope you get a couple days off paid

Being one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I don't celebrate the holidays. If I get the day off with pay from work, that's fine. If not, I work it.

PS. Started Zelnorm today. Does anyone else take it? Did you get the runs? Believe me, after being constipated for so long, I don't mind.

Thanks Kim, Yes I am excited about plastics. I have already had one consultation and those ugly photo's they take to show your insurance. Keep up the good work you will be there too before you know it!

The weather is supposed to be warmer this weekend so I am happy! And Monday is supposed to be in the low 60s!! Yeah! PLEASE REST.

At last my BMI is NORMAL! To date I am down -116 pounds and that is so exciting. I am suprised that I have lost more this month like most of us it seems at times nothing is moving off the scale and with in the last 2 weeks I have lost 6 pounds.
I am excited to see what I can lose before my 1 year anniversary. Good luck to all my December buddies!
