Hello all. I too fell off the horse this weekend. I went to a graduation party and had a hotdog roasted over the fire (only ate half) then I had a couple of bites of potato salad and a couple of chips and then later in the evening I had a bite of that good ole cake and a bite of ice cream. I felt really bad after the fact but it was so good while I was eating it. I am back to the grindstone though. I have not yet had a weight gain either. I am down to 224 from 303, which I think is great but I wi**** would come off a little faster. Oh well at least it is coming off and that is all that really matters. I know you all don't know me becuase I usually post on the Indiana forum and no where else. I hope you all have a great day and keep up the good will. Kylie

As of this morning, I am not longer considered super obese, I am now considered extremely obese. I have been waiting for this to happen. Now I can say that one of my next goals is to be be just obese. Hope you are all doing well. Erin

I get about 60 - 70 grams a day. Actuallly I think it had something to do with an intestinal blockage because today I cramped and cramped and then had diahrea and afterwords, noticed I wasn't so swollen. Was weird. Will keep watching it though. I did try watermelon and not sure but that might have caused the cramping. Will try some tomorrow and see what happens! I guess a lot of this is trial and error. Diona

I've fallen off the horse also. But I've been off it for 2 weeks. Ate any and everything last week while in Vegas and this week has been just as bad. And lets not talk about the drinking. I can resist a lot of things but free liquor isn't one of them. It was fun but I don't know if I can stand much more of the gas. But I shouldn't complain too much as I still lost 4 lbs over the last two weeks. Just wondering what it would have been if I had been good. Oh well. I got my boots and my saddle, now, where the hell did I put that horse? -Maria

1. Pre-op weight/Current weight/Goal weight?? 248/175/150 2. What types of exercise? How often? I walk a mile every day and doing Denise Austin Work out video a couple times a week. 3. Favorite food? grilled chicken tenders with A-1 for dipping.. 4. Any problems, concerns, issues? I'm so saggy, baggy..looking old these days. I have a wattle on my neck, wahh. I hope it tightens up. I've bought some firming lotion, but not seen any results yet..I do facial exercises too, but no improvement yet. Other than that, I'm doing great health wise and that's most important. 5. Any advice you have to offer? When those bouts of doubt and depression comes around, know it'll pass, but expect it again ocassionally till our bodies get over what's been done to it.. It's a hormonal thing. Do something nice for yourself..new hair style, hair color, new clothes, and try to feel good about yourself thru this gawkie time..Losing weight so fast is a shocker, emotionally, actually scary to many of us..Our skin needs more time to bounce back..I'm counting on that happening..LOL

Petty, OMG, do I know what you are talking about. Last week, I had fried pots with onions. I only had about a tablespoon, and they were so good. But, earlier that week I had just carbed everything up. I too paid for it when I did my weekly weigh in on Monday. I had no weight gain, but I had no weight loss. I was very upset, but I knew what I had done wrong. I vowed that I would fix it. Well, it happened again to me yesterday. I was at a birthday party, I know just like everyone else that chips have lots of carbs. Carbs that are just waiting to be eaten. Well, I had about a hand full and felt really bad. I always try to watch the amount of carbs in foods, more than the fats. So, I am sure when I do my weigh in tomorrow it too will be the same. The thing that makes me mad is that I know better, and yet I still do it. Melissa

Hi Petty, Yes, I have fallen into the trap. I love my carbs too and I have had my share of giving in to temptation. I try to allow myself to have a treat periodically After all, we can't keep away from temptation forever. I try to enjoy occasional "treats" in a controlled way and move on. As long as they don't become your regular diet, you'll be ok. Good luck to all of us! Diana
