I would love to come, but not with all the food that will be there..... Thats my problem, going someplace and food is there and I have no control, then I am dumping and feel terrible.

Jean,
Wait till a year out you need to show you drivers license someone. Tha thappened to me last week at a bank. Have you lost weight since your picture? When I told her what I did. She had to know all about it. I invited her to our support group.

I've had the BR no sugar added ice cream. I did ok with it until someone brought me the pineapple/coconut. I dumped on that big time but I think it had more sugar because of the pineapple. I usually do the butter pecan but the person treating us at the bank didn't know that. I also have bought the Fry's no sugar added ice cream which has no sugar but does have sugar alcohols and don't have any trouble with it but I don't eat a lot of it either. A couple spoonfuls usually takes the craving away.

Topic: Update on Monika

Monika has had a tough time since her surgery. First they found a leak so they had to go back in and fix it. She then contracted pneumonia in her right lung. Right now, she's doing better and hoping to go home on Sunday. She's tired of all the problems and is really ready for life to be better and she's looking forward to it. Let's help her out with some prayers that she's done with the problems and she'll now be on the road to recovery.
