Happy Easter to my Peeps!
Stick with those stylin eggs and you'll be happy with yourself on Monday morning! My plan: ham, deviled eggs, shrimp ring, with a splurge of giant chocolate dipped strawberries! Yummo! I'll have fluffy rolls, salads, potatoes, etc for the rest of my family but my wee pouch will be so happy with the protein options!
What are YOUR Easter plans?
Have a safe and "Hoppy"
weekend!

Topic: RE: OT: Best Seafood
Hi Joyce,
We go to a chinese buffet on signal butte and the 60, I Eastern super buffet, I eat all the seafood, crablegs, nussels, oysters, clams shrimp, salmon. There is also lots of sushi. I don't bother with any chinese stuff..It is a pure protein and fruit for dessert meal..Yum

Topic: RE: Yuma VSG support group
There's a support group for anyone that has had/is considering any form of weight loss surgery in Yuma. It meets the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm at the Yuma Regional Corporate Center on the corner of 32nd St & 4th Ave Extension.
Topic: Yuma VSG support group
Anyone in Yuma that has the VSG? If so, would you like to start a support group? It's kind of lonely here !!!! Phoenix/Tucson are too far away for convenience.
Topic: RE: I just got approved!!

I have only seen him once but he seemed like a good doctor, kind of no nonsense. I liked that. I get a little frustrated sometimes waiting for a return phone call from my case manager there, but I can not complain at how quickly they helped me get approved.

Topic: RE: Sleeve Support
I am almost 2 years post op from the sleeve and I live in Phx. I agree that you should check out the sleeve board, I am a bit confused about your post because for the most part almost all messages on the sleeve board are from or about sleeve experiences both pre and post op.
You can find the board by clicking on forums at the top of the age, then scroll down to surigical procedures, then scroll down all the way to the bottom of the list for vertical sleeve gastroectomy.
I am happy to answer any questions

Whatever you do is it truthful, necessary and kind?
