I know you and I talked about this event and I never did officially RSVP to Sandy for it but due to a work commitment that has come up I am unable to attend :(
I know it iwill be a success and I will be thinking of all the fun I am missing but I can't be in two places of town at the same time.

There are getting to be quite a few sleeves in the area thanks to Dr. Podkamini, Dr. Blackstone and Dr. Juarez! Sleeves totally rock!

Hi all my fellow WLS friends!! I have been working out with Corefitness Bootcamp for about a month and it is AWESOME!! I have talked to my trainer about how great this program would be for those who have taken the path of WLS. The camps meet every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays at Arcadia Park (Indian School and 56th St.), North Phoenix, AZ a(7th St. and Greenway) and Awatukee (24th ST and Pecos Rd.) Topic: Approved - Sort of!!!
When I first began this journey back in August, I was pushing to get RNY (didn't hear about DS until a couple of weeks ago). I completed the 6mo supervised visits and my surgeon submitted to my insurance. Well, today I got my letter of approval for laporoscopic gastric bypass! It is not the DS surgery, but it is a step in the right direction.
I have an appt with Dr. Keshishian on Friday and I am hoping now that they have approved me, he can talk them into paying for the DS!
It really feels good to know that all the work I did in the last 7 months is going to pay off! There is a light at the end of the tunnel! :)
