 Also during this stalls we still lose inches.. I had a month long stall where I went down 2 pants sizes.. So just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing... The Scale will start moving again..

I haven't been around much on the Cali forum (I frequent the VSG).  Anyway we used to get together EVERY last Saturday of the month, well those times aren't these BUT we are getting together this month.  Please join us regardless of where you are in the journey.  New op, pre op, post op, like me regained it does NOT matter we are ALL in this together!!  Come on out rekindle with old friends or make ones!!

I haven't been on the CA forum in forever but if this is to be y our life you need to get together a plan of action and eating the way you are isn't going to last TOO long well I don't think it will.

Whatever your lifestyle sit down and make a list of what you WILL eat.  And build your meal plan from there.  Good luck.

The problems I have with eating the wrong thing have not gone away with the surgery--but my stomach is smaller and my body doesn't absorb all the fat from what I eat. That is why I had surgery.
I wish the insurance people had common sense about this.

I hope everything works out for you with the Insurance. One thing I have seen is that most of the surgeons doing the DS have program fees above and beyond what is covered by the insurance. It depends on the doctor, but can be thousands of dollars and covers a couple years of aftercare. I just wanted to give you a heads up, because it could impact which doctor you choose.
