The DOT and Brook Street are just down the street from me!  I get out a little later than you...do you mind waiting for a little.  I could make sure I get out at 4:30 on the dot that day.

This is all becoming a reality now! I just got my date(october 6th 2009) I have all these emotions. I am excited, scared, happy. I have waited so long for this. I cant wait to see the new me.

Well Insurance has denied me. They say I dont have coverage for this prcedure. So there for they will not pay for it. So the only way for me to get surgery, is to come up with 21,000 dollars in full.

Topic: RE: Wii Active

I commend you Tammy, getting started with some kick .... exercise will surely help you in many ways and by making it a regular part of your life for the long haul will help you lose weight, get fit and feel great. That is one of my regrets I have not made exercise a regular part of my routine and  I know that it would help make maintaining the weight loss a lot easier.

Keep up the good work.

Topic: Any ITHACA COLLEGE Grads on OH?
Call me crazy but this Oct. I'm going to my college reunion at
Ithaca College!

What gave me the courage? One of my Radio-TV brothers saw me on FB & said the photos in my FB albums were exactly the way he remembered me -
40 years ago!

Truth is, I'm thinner, stronger and healthier than I was back then! (See my BEFORE & AFTER photos!)

I was the ONLY "girl" to graduate from the then-Dept. of Radio-TV (now it's a School) in 1969. Thanks to non-stop dieting, cigerettes, cottage cheese and Fresca/ Tab, oh! and prescription diet pills  I managed to stay a size 12-14. 'Course on a 5'9+" frame (barefoot, and, honey, nobody saw me barefoot out on the quad!) that didn't look bad...

So, if YOU"RE an IC
grad from "The Big Chill" class of '69, ID yourself & let me know if you'll be at reunion!

And, if you're female, you (obviously) won't be a Radio-TV major, cause I was "it!" But, that's OK!

And if you're a youngster from the classes of '79. '89 or, even, '99 - give me a shout out, too!

Especially if you're a RADIO-TV "girl!" Honeys, I could tell you stories about being the "token female" that would curl your hair and have you spitting nails!

Best, always!

Topic: Wii Active
OMG - This program for the Wii KICKS butt! I started the 30 day challenge on the easiest and my thighs are SCREAMING at me today - WOW - I sweated like crazy - this is NOTHING like the Wii Fit - which is a lot of fun - but with the Wii Fit you can kind of go easy on yourself and do a bunch of stuff without actually sweating - this Wii Active - 30 day challenge - there is no way you can get through it without sweating. I HATE it - but know it's a good thing!

I'm trying to start getting in better shape for my upcoming revision surgery because I know being in shape will only help my recovery......but man it is sooooo hard - hopefully when I drop some of this weight it will be a bit less painful!

If you're thinking about getting the Wii Active - I highly recommend the $52 investment (that's what is cost at Costco).
Warm Regards - Tammy -

Thanks for your reply...I can't wait to go now!  I need to get back on track and really need to live up to my end of the deal.

I've lost some of the weight that I gained, so, I feel good about that...I just need to make sure everything else is status quo.
