Topic: Anyone interested in a WLS Group in Fayetteville?

If you would like to be included in this and if it comes to pass please send me a message and "friend" me here on OH. I am day 4 post op and have had a difficult time finding a good WLS group that covers all the surgeries. I had VSG but can't seem to find anyone talking about it at support groups.

Funny you should ask and funny I should check this forum today. I am hoping to start a support group at Piedmont Fayette Hospital shortly. I see my surgeon for my first post op appt. soon and I'm going to talk to him about sponsoring it. What does everyone think?

I like to make unsweetened lemonade, 2 quarts to have on hand, pour a water bottle full with a scoop of unflavored GNC whey protein with a packet of truvia sweetener.

I will be getting the sleeve soon (I hope!) and the hospital is on the other side of Atlanta from me. I'm hoping to find a support group close to home. Anyone know of any in the Fayetteville area? Thanks!
