Yup. I go when I can work it into my schedule (to busy enjoying life now). It is much smaller than the Emory group so the dynamics are a lot different but it is a great group of people and Paula does an awesome job.

I am trying to see if I can work it in tonight. I have Karate in Alpharetta at 7:45 so I am trying to decide which to do.

the best is Dr Carmen Kavali, I have had a full body contoure done by her and would not use anyone else,... It is a all women office and they are all wonderful. You can always reach the doctor day or night if needed... I interviewed more than five in the atlanta area before I met her.

Groupon.com in Atlanta is offering $25 coupon for 6 belly dancing classes! There is also one on Half off depot/atlanta.com for the same deal. You can only use one deal per person but seems like if you purchase them from each site that would be one per person from groupon and then from halfoffdepot. Come join me!!! I am taking the abs class on Mondays at Perimeter and then the Jasmin dance class following that or the Upgrade me class on Thursday at Windy Hill. Hope to see you there. I have got 27lbs more to lose until I reach a new lower BMI category!! Woot! Woot!

Awesome, I have UHC too. I was on Phentermine for about 6 months and I think that the two are about the same. You do drop lots of weight but I felt all kinds of crazy

. I was nervy, sick to my stomach, and had constant drymouth. UHC wouldn't count those 6 months as a supervised weight loss plan either. Good luck on your journey!
