This Weekend

Well, this is the first weekend since the heart surgery in April, that I have been out of the house.Some much needed freedom, the walls in my house were starting to close in.
Friday night our oldest daughter surprised me and took us to a Chinese place for dinner, then last night some friends invited us for steaks at a local place. Today we are going to Yorkville to a bbq at our other daughters home. Dee, I had DH pick up some potato salad and slaw which I then added celery to both, and eggs to the potato salad. Tomorrow, I think we are staying home, an
grilling out.
I go to see the Nut and the lung guy on the 5th of june, so hopefully, I will be back on track for lap band at that time. Then wait for approval.

I am glad that you are doing better!! Glad you got to get out and enjoy the weather. It sounds like you have a fun filled weekend planned. I am off to bloomington to visit a friend!!
