Wednesday Roll Call

Your "A Day in Rock City" sounds like good ole home time fun. I love those types of home town types of fests. You probably have more work ahead of you than you imagine bacause there are always those last minute details. Oh well, you can always sleep but this fest 2007 only comes once. Chris

Christine, Sorry to hear about your family's loss. My prayers are with you. I am going for a bike ride between the rain showers. I can not go far because if it does rain there isn't any place to go for cover. Cornfields are not good shelters! Then I need to go shopping I need to find a b-day present.

How was the bike ride btwn the rain drops? I hear thunder at the moment at just a little after 6pm. How did the test go earlier in the week, do you feel hopeful? Will it be a long time before you get the results? Chris 

GM Illinois, Living in LaSalle County, we were awaken a few times last night with severe storms. My DH said there was 2.5 inches of rain in the rain gage this morning, and they are callling for more severe weather this evening. This morning,I am sitting in my office at work telling people that wander in that we are out of funds for the cooling program. I am taking names in case more funds become available. This evening I will be going home to a quiet house. DH has to work this evening . I love the quiet sometimes, no tv blaring!So, hopfully I will be able to dodge the raindrops when I go home this afternoon. Have a great hump day, Lisa

Good Morning IL!! Christine, I am so sorry to hear about what happen.  It is very sad.  I'll keep the family in my prayers. I'm not doing much today.  Went to Curves to work out again .  I know I need to do it, but felling as lousy as I do with all this extra weight, its not as much fun as it used to be.  Other than that I will just be doing laundry. I got some good news !  Yesterday, I got the call to make my psych appointment.  The program I go through will call you when you are ready to move to the next step.  My paperwork said "It make take some time to get into the psychologist, so PLEASE BE PATIENT"  So I was expecting to wait up to 3 weeks to get the call, and the 4-6 weeks to get in!  So I was called right away, and I'm getting in in 2 weeks!!  That's the last "major" step before I will get a date!!   WOOHOOO!!    Enjoy your day!! Good Morning Chris - The girls are sure keeping me busy.  I'm so sorry about your Nephews brother.  My heart goes out to the wife and baby and all the rest of the family.  It's so unfortunate if it was a DUI.   I hope you find some bargains this evening while you’re out and about killing some time waiting for the traffic to die down. Christine, I am so sorry to hear of your family tradigdy. My prayers are with you and their young family. My husband is out getting a new radio put in our truck. The tape player went out on the truck and now the XM radio doesnt work. I think he just put in a modulator in the radio. I love the XM radio cause it has no commercials and you dont have down time when traveling. We have it in the truck and the car. Well my house is sure looking bare. My big screen TV is sold and gone. The electronic stuff is all packed and now we just have one computer up and running. The other one is packed and the 3rd one is in chicago with my sister. Today I am going to go and get my motorhome and get the oil changed in it. We decided to take it. I can load my clothes in that and some of the boxes that wont fit int he U-haul. I think my 3 cats will be more comfortable inthe motorhome cause they can roam around in it and not be cooped up in their carriers. Hope all is well. Carla
