Roll Call - It's Monday

I had a lap gall bladder, but from the bruising I think I feel like a crab leg after a seafood fork.  I think I'll appreciate my weight loss a little more when I feel like a human again.  Hang in there , I had to nurse my DH through a K-P transplant, 2 cataract surgeries, gall bladder surgery, angioplasty and 4 knee replacements.  Take a lb. of patience pills and time for YOU whenever you can.  Hugs-Janet

Good afternoon all.  My prayers go out to all who need them.  Thanks for the prayers for a quick recovery for my Grandmother.  At 88 it takes a little bit of time for her to bounce back.  She really would like to get up to see my Aunt that is dying of cancer within the next couple of weeks.  I know my Aunt has been asking for her. Don't have too much planned today.  Only have 2 days left to be a woman of leisure then back to the hospital to tend to my patients.  I said after being gone for 2 months they are going to have to orientate me all over again!!  LOL  As much as I've enjoyed my time off work, I do miss caring for my patients. My daughter is dragging me to the pool later today.  Got to get caught up on laundry.  Need to try my uniforms on to make sure they aren't too baggy yet.  Speaking of.... I got into a pair of size 26 shorts yesturday for the first time in a couple of years!!  YEA!!  I've been wearing size 28-30. Shelley

Okay, so it's hardly morning anymore and the afternoon is pretty well gone too, but here I am.  LOL   Work was immensley boring today, no jobs to do, so I helped the boss with paperwork and just sat around.  There's no computer I can use when he's there, so that stunk.  (is that a word even?) I got home from work at about 3:30 to find out that Michelle from Kane Center called at 1pm and no one answered the call and of course she left at 3, so I have to wait til the morning to call her back about insurance.  I am excited but nervous too, what if they won't pay?  then I guess I'm stuck. I played a game of Yahtzee with my 13 and 9 yr olds.  my 11 yr old is over at the neighbors house playing with his best friend.  I will be making dinner here shortly then it's off to dog obedience with one of the dog's.  The other one that usually goes has a lame leg.  We don't know why and they can't figure it out either! Hope the rest of the day goes great for everyone!!
