1st visit with doctor...one week ago today I was in surgery.
Hi Everyone, I had my first visit with the surgeon being one week post-op today....I lost 15 pounds
. omgosh I certianly wasn't expecting that. I feel good and I am feeling stronger. I believe my new tool the lap/band is going to bring me to a healthier me. Thank you Jesus and my OH family have stood by my side. I got home and ate ff refried beans w/ ff sour cream it was soooo yummy. If you have any recipies please let me know. My diet is 4 ounces of pureed.
